Job Description

The Reserves Network is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a President/CEO for a 4-week temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, technologically proficient, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.

This position is ideal for an administrative professional who is comfortable working with senior leadership and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Board Liaison experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the President/CEO 
  • Manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines 
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and executive activities 
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and correspondence 
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts 
  • Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up 
  • Support Board-related activities and communications, as needed 
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information 
  • Utilize technology and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations 
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned 

What You Bring

  • Previous Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills 
  • Strong technology and Microsoft Office skills 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment 
  • Experience supporting executives, senior leadership, or a Board is highly preferred 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
