Step into a facility where fleets of intelligent robots move products with precision. As a Robotics Cell Operator, your shift begins by bringing these systems online, scanning dashboards, and preparing the automated storage and retrieval network for peak performance.
Your Night in Action- Start with pre-operation equipment checks and system inspections to ensure every component is mission-ready.
- Oversee and operate robotic storage/retrieval equipment, tracking product flow to optimize throughput.
- Use HMI terminals to diagnose stoppages and job opening safe, efficient recoveries.
- Perform hands-on robot recovery and care: swap wheels, clean sensors, and return bots to service.
- Execute preventive maintenance—cleaning, lubrication, and tolerance verifications—to keep the line healthy.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and leadership, communicating issues and status updates clearly.
Pay: $23-25/hour
Shift: Wed- Sat 6pm -4:30 am
What You Bring- 1+ year working with mechanical or automated systems (warehouse, machine operation, or manufacturing experience is a plus).
- Comfort with hands-on, physical work in a fast-moving environment.
- Independent troubleshooting ability and a collaborative, communicative mindset.
- Comfort working at heights and across a wide range of temperatures.
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move items up to 80 lbs.
- Stand and walk for 10–12 hour shifts.
- Work at heights up to 45 feet with proper safety equipment.
- Operate in temperatures from 32°ree;F to 105°ree;F.
- Climb stairs and navigate restrictive spaces (down to 24 inches).
