About the Opportunity:

As the company transitions its long-term electrification strategy, we continue to refine and consolidate EV-related supply chain activities. This role will support ongoing responsibilities related to current EV and non-EV warehousing while helping job opening the organization through changes in product mix, supplier volumes, and long-range planning needs.

The Supply Chain Warehouse Manager will focus on stabilization, continuity, and controlled ramp-down of EV supply chain operations, ensuring that existing commitments are managed responsibly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day performance of third-party logistics providers across multiple SCM warehouse operations in Metro Detroit and Mexico, ensuring compliance, service levels, and operational continuity
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on key warehouse KPIs, including safety metrics, inventory accuracy, inventory value, WHS temperature/humidity monitoring, and 3PL budget performance with forward-looking forecasts
  • Ensure timely issuance of updated releases each week to support uninterrupted flow of all commodities through SCM warehouse networks
  • Validate EV storage standards in collaboration with Global Risk Management; confirm compliance of lease terms with Real Estate; and align EV safety protocols with Corporate Safety, Facilities Engineering, and local government regulations
  • Lead annual physical inventory execution, support Corporate audit requirements, and coordinate with STLA Engineering on quality, module rework, and improvement projects
  • Support SCM Cost Deployment initiatives through data-driven analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional alignment

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of automotive supply chain, logistics, or program management experience
  • Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite; experience with Stellantis/FCA systems preferred: CMIS, ODIMS, PentaSAP

  • Master’s degree (MBA or Supply Chain)

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented leader
  • Strong cross-functional influence and communication
