Job Description

We're partnering with a growing logistics and distribution organization to identify a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, technical product services, inventory management, and a team of warehouse associates.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes, troubleshooting technical equipment and ensuring products move through the operation accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is a full-time position with fantastic benefits, including: health, dental, 401K, PTO and a salary based on experience, but could range between $86,000 - $95,000/year.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse and technical service operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members
  • Oversee product testing, configuration, troubleshooting, staging, and quality inspections
  • Manage inbound receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and reverse logistics
  • Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and meet quality standards
  • Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate employee training, scheduling, and workflow planning
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
  • Prepare reports and monitor key operational metrics

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or technical operations
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Comfortable working with technical products, electronics, or hardware
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
