Chico’s in Delray Beach is seeking a Sales Lead who will partner with store leaders to supervise the team and uphold brand standards. You’ll set the tone for a welcoming, customer-centered environment that delivers memorable, personalized hospitality beyond the sale.
You will coach associates, manage schedules, and lead by example on the sales floor, promoting product knowledge and teamwork across our stores. Regular/Part time availability is required.
