Primary Responsibilities:

  • Safely deliver electrical supplies to contractors and customers at job sites throughout the local area.
  • Load, secure, transport, and unload materials while verifying that deliveries are accurate and complete.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and job-site personnel.
  • Complete delivery paperwork and promptly report any shortages, damaged materials, or delivery issues.
  • When not making deliveries, assist in the warehouse with pulling orders, staging deliveries, receiving shipments, stocking, and storing products.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and delivery vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous delivery driving experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles in a variety of traffic, weather, and job-site conditions.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds or more.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using basic paperwork and mobile devices to verify deliveries.
  • Able to follow safety procedures and properly secure materials for transportation.
  • Forklift experience preferred but not required.
  • Warehouse, construction, or electrical-supply experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to move between driving and warehouse responsibilities as workload requires.
