Job Description
Parallel Management Group is seeking an Area Sales & Marketing Director to support Regional Sales across its portfolio of senior living and home care communities. The role is a floating, multi-site leadership position, traveling between locations to lead sales and marketing activities, cover vacancies, and stabilize underperforming markets.
You will build referral networks, coach site teams, standardize processes, analyze occupancy data, and drive census and revenue growth with minimal ramp-up.
