About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Warehouse Operations to spearhead the transformation of its enterprise-wide warehousing, distribution, inventory management, and logistics execution capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a world-class warehousing and logistics strategy that is in line with the company's growth objectives. This role demands a leader who can create a scalable warehouse operating model, establish operational standards, and ensure the seamless integration of warehouse functions with other key departments. The VP will also be tasked with providing direct leadership to all warehouse facilities, driving productivity, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or Master's degree, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations. A background in third-party logistics, public/multi-client warehousing, or high-volume contract manufacturing is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in financial management, talent development, and continuous improvement, including experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives. Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and a strong understanding of both manual and automated warehousing environments are also necessary. The ideal candidate will possess leadership competencies such as strategic thinking, business acumen, and a customer-focused approach.
