General Manager – Marietta, GA

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced General Manager to lead one of Marietta, GA's newest and most unique hospitality destinations. This high-energy, upscale sports bar concept features multiple guest experiences under one roof, including a lively dining room, expansive patio, large central bar, live entertainment stage, and a hidden speakeasy-style basement bar.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $70,000 - $75,000
Up to 15% annual bonus

What You'll Do

Lead all daily restaurant operations across multiple service areas
Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team
Drive guest satisfaction while maintaining exceptional food, beverage, and service standards
Manage labor, food cost, and overall financial performance
Foster a positive culture focused on accountability, hospitality, and teamwork
Oversee a busy bar program, dining room, patio, and entertainment-driven atmosphere
Prepare the operation for expanded lunch service as the business continues to grow

What We're Looking For

Recent experience as a General Manager in a high-volume full-service restaurant
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Proven success managing P&L, labor, and operational performance
Experience leading bar-centric or entertainment-focused concepts is a plus
Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, hands-on leadership role
