Our client located in Dallas, TX has an immediate need for a Bilingual Warehouse Manager. This is a direct hire onsite opportunity.

Bilingual Warehouse Manager Role

  • Direct daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound equipment flow, staging, inventory movement, and yard organization
  • Lead, schedule, coach, and develop warehouse team members
  • Build strong relationships with a predominantly Spanish speaking frontline workforce
  • Establish clear expectations and create accountability throughout the warehouse team
  • Ensure rental inventory is inspected, cleaned, repaired, organized, and event ready
  • Coordinate warehouse output with operations, logistics, delivery schedules, and event timelines
  • Manage labor scheduling and timekeeping based on order volume and seasonal business demands
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and efficiently operated warehouse
  • Monitor inventory levels and equipment condition and identify discrepancies or maintenance needs
  • Enforce safety protocols and company policies
  • Manage employee performance including coaching, corrective action, development, and recognition
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve warehouse processes and workflows
  • Anticipate upcoming orders and proactively prepare the operation for changing business volume
  • Remain hands on and willing to assist the warehouse team when operational needs require additional support
  • Adapt schedules and staffing during peak event periods

Background Profile

  • Bilingual English and Spanish required
  • Proven warehouse, logistics, distribution, or operations leadership experience
  • Experience leading frontline warehouse employees in a fast paced environment
  • Strong people leadership with the ability to motivate employees, build relationships, and hold a team accountable
  • Hands on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the team when needed
  • Self starter who takes initiative and anticipates operational needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, shifting schedules, and tight deadlines
  • Solutions focused and process oriented approach
  • Strong inventory and warehouse workflow knowledge
  • Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and basic business technology
  • Flexible availability during peak event periods, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or extended hours as business demands require
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the warehouse for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
