Job Description:

Our site in Chaska is seeking severalManufacturing Operatorsto join ourCompression Moldingteam.As a Manufacturing Operator, you play a critical role in supporting Entegris' commitment to innovation andhigh-qualitymanufacturing. In this role, youare responsible forsetting up,operating, andmonitoringcompression molding machines and related equipment while closely following Standard Operating Procedures and strict quality standards. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and consistent executionensuresthe production of reliable materials that serve as the foundation for our advanced products and technologies.

Various flexible shifts needed to work on the following shifts:

-A12 Shift: 6am - 6pm (Rotating Mon - Wed / Mon - Thu)

-B12 Shift: 6pm - 6am (Rotating Mon - Wed / Mon - Thu)

-C12 Shift: 6am - 6pm (Rotating Fri - Sun / Thu - Sun)

-D12 Shift: 6pm - 6am (Rotating Fri - Sun / Thu - Sun)

WhatYou'llDo:

• Set up and prepare compression molds on a variety of press machines according to work order specifications, ensuringaccuratealignment and correct machine configuration

• Calibrate scales andweigh raw plastic materials in powder formand loadmaterials into molds with precision to meet production and quality requirements

• Trim and finish molded products using approved cutting tools and techniques to achieve required dimensions and surface quality

• Safely handle and transport molded materials, moving them todesignatedovens or staging areas for the next processing step

• Utilize SAP and other electronic systems tolocateand enter data, issue raw materials, generate production documentation, and record all outputs in compliance with ERP and training requirements

• Partner with materials handlers tomaintainproper stock levels and ensuretimelyreplenishment of raw materials

• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to apply necessary press adjustments based on product specifications or process improvements

• Complete all required production documentation accurately and on time, including production reports, rack tickets, labels,componentsheets, rework forms, SAP transactions, and quality charts for rejected materials

• Support key business processes by promoting customer satisfaction, waste reduction, product quality, and cost efficiency

• Activelyparticipatein continuous improvement efforts such as 6S, Kaizen events, and other improvement initiatives

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safetyproceduresand promptly reporting potential hazards to supervisors

• Performadditionaltasks asassigned to support departmental operations and broader organizational goals.

What We Seek:

• High school diploma or equivalentrequired

• Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship

• At least one year ofpreviousexperience working in amanufacturingsetting is preferred

• Ability to perform basic math calculations

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Attention to detail and commitment tomaintaininghigh-quality standards

• Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance

Physical Requirements

• Ability tolift upto 40 lbs. as needed

• Must be able to stand and walkforthe duration of the shift

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)isrequiredtoalwaysbewornwhile on duty. This includes safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and high-visibility vests

• Adherence to strict cleanroom attire standards isalwaysrequiredwhile in a cleanroom. This includes the use of specified protective gear and garments designed tomaintaina clean and controlled work environment

• Compensation: $21-25+ hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
