About the Role

As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee daily operations at our Athens facility, leading, coaching, and developing your team. You will manage inventory, optimize workflows, maintain quality standards, and ensure a safe work environment. Your leadership will help shape the future of our Atlanta‑area operations, with opportunities to assist in hiring, onboarding, and expansion efforts.

Pay Rate

$45,000.00 annually

Available Shift Times

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the warehouse
  • Lead, develop, and motivate team members
  • Oversee inventory and stock accuracy
  • Maintain safety, organization, and professionalism
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
  • Build relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and team expansion
  • Ensure quality control standards across operations

Key Requirements

  • Previous management or leadership experience
  • Experience in operations, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
  • Quality Control experience, especially with measuring and inspection tools, is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
  • Inventory management experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and reporting tools
  • Self‑motivated and growth‑minded
