Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Professional role based in Plano, TX. The role involves managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including monitoring network performance, configuring hardware and software, and maintaining secure and reliable systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing routine troubleshooting, and escalating complex problems when needed. The Information Technology Professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives and ensure systems meet business requirements. The role also includes providing responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders, documenting IT processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT operations.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills for managing systems and resolving technical issues.
  • Candidates should possess Network Administration and Network Security skills for maintaining, configuring, and securing network infrastructure.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills for supporting users, communicating clearly, and ensuring positive IT support experiences.
  • Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), basic scripting or automation, and experience with cloud or virtualized environments.
  • Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA) are a plus, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
