Job Title: Cherry Picker Operator

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Lincolnton, NC
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (Based on shift and experience)

Available Shifts:

Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Monday - Thursday: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
Wednesday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Cherry Picker Operators to join a growing warehouse team in Lincolnton, NC. This position requires candidates who are comfortable working at elevated heights while operating a cherry picker to retrieve and stock inventory. The ideal candidate has previous equipment experience, can perform physically demanding work throughout the shift, and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a cherry picker to retrieve, stock, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
Pick customer orders accurately while working at elevated heights
Frequently get on and off equipment to manually pull and stage products
Load, unload, and transport materials to designated warehouse locations
Utilize RF scanners to verify inventory and complete transactions accurately
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Maintain accurate inventory while following warehouse procedures
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of recent cherry picker or order picker experience
Must be comfortable working at elevated heights
Must be able to frequently get on and off equipment to manually pull product
Must be able to regularly lift 75+ pounds throughout the entire shift
Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb, and walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
Must wear steel toe boots
High School Diploma or GED preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Previous cherry picker certification (or ability to become certified upon hire)
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
Experience with inventory control and order fulfillment
Basic computer skills
